Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you’d like to return your products, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping and handling). Upon return of the products, we will happily issue a refund for the cost of products, or you can receive in-store credit for different product.
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our packages via Priority USPS Flat Rate. They are insured up to $50.
Damaged Order
All of our packages are insured up to $50. If your order has arrived damaged, we will happily send you out a replacement order as soon as possible. If you would rather receive reimbursement rather than have a replacement order sent, we will file an insurance claim for you to receive reimbursement for up to $50.
Out of stock/Out of Season Fragrances
If a product you order is ever out of stock, we will email you first to see if you’d like to swap the product out with a similar option. If we do not hear back from you within two business days, we will go ahead and swap your product for the next best option so we don’t hold up your order!
